2007 – graduated from the Financial Academy at the RF Government, economist, financial management.

2008 – graduated from the Academy of National Economy at the RF President, President Program for training management staff for the national economy, innovative business manager.

Served in the Far East. Held various positions at the “NAHABINO” training center of the Government of the Moscow Region (chief specialist, expert head of training programs, trainer).

Teacher of computer science at school. In 2008, he was invited to work at the St. Petersburg State Agrarian University, as the director of the Center for Information Technologies (CIT) and worked there until 2014. He lectured economics, project management, managerial skills development, and management information technologies.

Since 2010, he combined the positions of the director of the CIT and the director of the Center for Collective Use, consisting of seven new laboratories of the university. Field of scientific interests: economics, marketing, public and state security, public administration.

In the summer of 2014, having arranged the activities under his responsibility in advance, he took a vacation at his own expense, and in the fall went to Donbas as a volunteer.
